01. GFIF Background
We are standing at the critical point of financial revolution. Blockchain reshapes trust, AI subverts risk control, digital currency challenges traditional sovereign currency, and green finance defines the responsibility of the new era —— the global financial system has never been as full of changes and opportunities as it is today. However, fragmented innovation urgently needs a hub to gather wisdom and a collaborative platform across borders and industries. The Global Financial Innovation Forum (GFIF) came into being, committed to becoming the "Davos" of future finance, providing a stage for global pioneers to define trends and create rules.
02. GFIF Positioning
(1). The "home" of financiers. Different from any previous platform, The GFIF focuses on the group of financiers, integrates the top-level wisdom of global financiers, and creates an exclusive platform of mutual trust, communication and mutual assistance for financiers.
(2). Globalization docking. With the advantages of internationalization and specialization, the GFIF is committed to the close docking of China's and the world's financial industries, integrates global development, and becomes a bridge connecting China's finance to the world.
(3). Industry-university-research practice. The GFIF is committed to opening up the academic and industrial fields, achieving a deep integration within the industry itself, and a seamless coupling between the industry and the academia, and pioneeringly establishing a high-end ecosystem that spans domestic and foreign, covers all sectors of finance, and integrates industry, university and research.
03. GFIF Duties
(1). Build a global communication platform. Undertake international financial forums, industry-university-research exchanges and cooperation activities, connect with domestic and foreign financial markets, and form a financial think tank.
(2). Form a financial think tank. Gather the wisdom of forum members, rely on the advantages of Astha, offer suggestions and strategies for the industry development, provide solutions, cultivate talents, integrate global resources, and form an international advanced financial think tank.
(3). Establish a professional group of financiers. Establish professional clubs in the financial field, establish systematic, in-depth, and innovative communication and research mechanisms, and create an international group and network of financiers featuring mutual trust, communication, and mutual assistance.
(4). Create a high-end ecosystem of industry-university-research. Supported by various professional clubs, in line with market demands, give full play to the market mechanism, create an all-round ecological system of applied research + international think tank + physical platform, and explore the innovative, incubation and operation models of the integration of finance, industry, university and research.
04. GFIF Structure
To ensure the professionalism, efficiency and sustainability of the forum, the forum invites well-known scholars, authoritative experts and industry leaders with prestige and influence in the global financial field to form a leadership team, gathering top wisdom to guide the future development of the forum; guided by keeping close to market demand and promoting industrial development, the forum has set up a number of professional clubs covering various professional fields of finance, laying the foundation and support for various professional forums, and promoting industrial development; relying on the Advisory Committee of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, it conducts research, provides solutions, incubates businesses, and cultivates talents on major issues facing industrial development and internationalization; and uses a permanent management and operation team to provide high-quality professional services to the forum.
